Ethical demands

Midsona imposes stringent demands on good business ethics and operates in accordance with the Code of Conduct and applicable law in the geographical areas in which we operate.

Each employee within the Group shall receive a copy of the Code of Conduct in their own languague and confirm that they have understood the Code of Conduct and will comply with it. English version is also available.The Code is a part of the introduction for new employees.

In April 2011 Midsona joined the UN Global Compact. This means that we support and actively focus on the ten principles relating to human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. Joining the UN Global Compact also means that Midsona has to report its progress annually. Based on these guidelines, Midsona has drawn up its own Code of Conduct.
